We begin with the roadmap, then divide each chapter into manageable concepts and skills.
Experience matters—but the ability to meet each student where they are matters even more.

I am an NIE-trained educator, former MOE teacher and Physics curriculum writer. My experience includes CHIJ St Nicholas Girls’ School, Stalford Learning Centre, My Masterclass and Kent Ridge Tuition Centre.
Across schools, tuition centres and private lessons, I have guided students with very different starting points. That taught me to listen first, adapt the pace and explain each idea in a way that connects.
A transparent, progressive structure helps every student understand where they are and what comes next.
We begin with the roadmap, then divide each chapter into manageable concepts and skills.
Students work through progressive difficulty, exploring why one method works and another does not.
After each lesson, students and parents receive updates on progress, strengths and revision priorities.
Students learn best when they feel safe enough to ask “why”. I work to create that trust, understand individual learning needs and adapt each lesson without lowering expectations.
My goal is not simply to finish a syllabus. It is to help students develop the thinking habits to solve unfamiliar problems independently—and carry that confidence into the exam hall.
